Trade within limits you understand
Event contracts are speculative. The Terms of Use state that you may not recover any of the funds committed to a trade, so only commit money you can afford to go without. This page lists the limits the platform applies and how to take a break or close your account.

The risk
A share pays out only if its outcome happens. If it does not, the whole amount paid for that position is gone at settlement.
The Terms of Use (§15) say it plainly: event contracts are speculative instruments, you may not recover any of the funds committed to a trade, and historical performance does not indicate future outcomes.
Prices reflect what participants expect, not a guarantee of any outcome (§6), and nothing on GADUIN is investment, financial, legal or tax advice (§14).
The limits we apply
These limits are enforced by the platform on every account.

The per-trade and total limits are the starting values; an account can be set differently. The trade panel shows your own per-trade range and, when a trade would pass your total, how much of it is left. Refunded trades do not count toward the total.
Deposits and withdrawals are in USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20) only. There is no deposit fee, and we pay the network gas on withdrawals (Terms of Use, §8).
Taking a break or closing your account
GADUIN does not offer a self-service self-exclusion or cooling-off setting. To step away, you can:
- stop trading and withdraw your balance from your account, within the withdrawal limits above;
- close your account: withdraw any remaining balance, then email [email protected]. The User Agreement (§6) lets you close your account this way at any time;
- turn on two-factor authentication in your account and sign out on shared devices, so that no one else can trade from your account.
Positions that are still open when you stop trading settle under their market’s own terms.

If trading is affecting your finances, your sleep or your relationships, stop, and talk to someone you trust or to a support service where you live.
GADUIN is only for people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher (Terms of Use, §3).
