How these figures are counted
- On time means the train arrived at the station less than 5 minutes late.
- “Within 15 min” means it arrived less than 15 minutes late, on-time arrivals included.
- Figures count station arrival calls with a known outcome: arrived or cancelled. Calls without a recorded outcome are left out.
- Routes count each service once, at its final destination.
- A row is listed only with at least 1,000 calls for an operator, 500 calls for a station and 100 services for a route.
- Dates are service days in London time. The rolling view covers the last 28 complete days; a month appears once every day in it has been counted.
